Abs Back
My stomach & abs don't hurt after an Abs & Back workout. Does this mean the exercises are ineffective?
I began attending an Abs & Back class at Gold's Gym about 4wks ago. It's on Tuesday's & Thursday's. The first time I went, I was in pain. Each time afterwards, I've been fine. I'm wondering if this means my body isn't agreeing with the class. What do you think?
pain & soreness does not mean that the exercise is not being effective; it just means that your body has adapted to the movements. I am rarely sore after workouts (usually any soreness i feel is from poor form) any more but I continue to see improvement in my weight and reps.
Just stick with it and maybe throw in a few extra reps for each exercise
